Words cannot express how perfect our move with Alliance today was! From scheduling the estimate, to meeting with Craig (who is AWESOME), to the day of the move (called in advance, on time arrival, and finished ahead of schedule) - everything was A+++. Everything was moved with extreme care, including our pool table!

This is the second time I have used Alliance for a move. They arrive on time and work efficiently. I had them take apart and reassemble the furniture for us and it was the best decision I could have made. They placed all the furniture in its final place and even adjusted a few when I changed my mind. Hoping to stay where I am for many years to come but if that changes I will definitely call Alliance!

We recently moved from our home of 22 years. The team at Alliance was great to work with. They were helpful with information regarding what sized storage unit we would need, and on moving day they were fantastic. The team was on time polite, hardworking and helpful. Best of all the price was the same as the estimate. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to use them again!

The alliance crew showed up right on time and got to work. The 4 man crew worked non stop and really only talked when asking where we'd like items placed or to show previous damage before packing or unpacking items. They disassembled and reassembled all of our beds beautifully and carefully packed a few items we had not gotten packed ahead of time. Nothing was damaged in the move. I cannot say enough great things about Alliance, I hope we never move again but if we do I would definitely use them!

I had a move recently and used this company on the recommendation of a friend. They were great! There was great communication before and during my move. The movers (3) showed up right on time and worked like a machine. They were extra careful handling my possessions and put everything where I asked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move. Their charges are VERY reasonable.

I have moved many times in my 60 years and this is the best moving company I have ever used. From scheduling to the move day everyone was friendly and helpful. The movers were on time, fast, professional, and friendly they did not leave a mess very clean. I moved to a storage unit, they packed everything safely and neatly in the unit. The whole experience was great - from start to finish. Alliance did a great job winning our business with a competitive bid and then followed through on everything they promised. It is a process to move a home and Alliance did a great job every step of the way. I have to comment on the actual movers as they did a great job - very professional, responsive, and helpful.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They were so efficient in helping us move my grandmother I was amazed. Incredibly professional and kind as well. They had extra supplies for us when we needed them which was so helpful. They got everything wrapped up quickly and safely for moving and for storage. Made everything so easy and quick for us! Our movers were wonderful. I was so stressed because I thought moving just next door would be simple and I could do most of it before the movers came. I forgot about my storage unit and a few closets. Some things I couldn’t get boxed in time. My couch was too big to fit through my apartment hallway. These guys did it all and in less time I thought they would. They took my couch over the balcony like it was no big deal. I could have cried from how happy I was. I would recommend them over and over.

I worked with Alliance Moving & Storage for the relocation of our business. They moved everything to our storage unit and then moved it all to our new location a few weeks later. First of all, I'd like to express how simple and efficient they made this process. Everyone from the office staff to the movers on the day of were very professional, helpful, and punctual! What set Alliance apart from other companies I've used in the past was their overall customer service and quality of work. The movers did a phenomenal job making sure everything was protected/wrapped properly to avoid damage. They arrived in the anticipated time frame, called with a 30-minute notice as I requested, and got the job done in the expected/quoted number of hours. I will be using Alliance Moving & Storage in the future and definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a moving company!

I got multiple quotes and interviewed multiple movers. Most would not even come to the house to meet (but Alliance did). There were lots to choose from and I picked a WINNER. The movers arrived on time (early actually) and immediately began to efficiently and carefully empty the house & pack the truck. They were highly professional, respectful, and friendly. When unloading they were especially accommodating while I tried to figure out where everything needed to go. They were patient as I determined rug and furniture placement…even when I changed my mind. The final bill came in under the estimate which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Hope I don’t move anytime soon… but Alliance will get the call if I do!

This was truly the best moving experience my roommate and I have ever had. Marcielo and his team were incredibly professional and efficient with our move. Alliance picked up and understood the assignment of a downtown move. We were booked for next day with 3 helpers and a truck. They arrived on time, loaded my one bedroom apartment stuff in 30 minutes, moved in another 60 minutes in downtown. We were done in 2 hours. Very reliable and reasonably priced.

The guys that did our move were fantastic. They showed up on time and presented us with an estimate of time and cost for our move. They were efficient and took great care with our items. They managed to wrap even the oddest pieces of furniture. All our items arrived to our new place in perfect condition. They took care to move items in without damaging the walls. They finished on time and picked up after themselves. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend.

Alliance moving and storage (based in Rolling Meadows) is amazing. Three guys loaded our stuff from a 1-bedroom + den apartment in 1 hr 20 min! They unloaded our stuff in about an hour and put our furniture/boxes exactly where we wanted them. The movers were so quick, professional and communicative. I called a lot of moving companies and alliance gave the best price. No hidden costs in the estimate.

We moved from Illinois to south Texas. Both moving crews were friendly and professional. They wrapped and packed up our items to ensure they would be safe during the move. They accommodated our minor requests during the move. When they arrived in Texas again very professional and took care to make sure our things were where we wanted them in our new place. I had a nightmare scenario where another moving company that I had scheduled for my move simply didn't show up on the morning of my move and wouldn't answer my calls/respond to emails. A friend found Alliance online and noted that the website said they did same-day moves, so I gave them a call. They were at my place within 2 hours of my initial call and got the move done where the other company failed. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism.

I hired Alliance Moving & Storage for mine and my roommates move. They arrived on time and moved everything efficiently from my apartment and then went to my roommates to move her stuff. They were professional and made sure everything was handled with care. They also coordinate moving times based on elevator availability at our buildings, which made it easier for us. The movers were on time, did an amazing job of hauling all of our boxes and things in a Spring downpour. They expertly wrapped all of the furniture so everything was protected. We've been unpacking all week, and I haven't found a single thing that was broken, damaged, or even chipped. They were very careful with everything. I would definitely use these guys again!

This was the best moving experience I could have asked for. I sent out a request for a quote to seven or so company and, in less than 10 minutes, got a reply from Jeff. He was very helpful in getting me exactly what information I needed and helping me get booked on very short notice (needed movers in less than 48 hours).

The crew of eight showed up on time and never stopped working! Everything was wrapped or boxed. No damage in transit or delivery. Unloaded and set up the fridge, tv and furniture in only 4 hours! What a team led by Carlos!

Reached out for a piano move quote. Price was competitive and the team that came was great! There was a surprise staircase I wasn’t made aware of by the seller of the piano but they made it work and were so kind throughout. I will absolutely call them again for any future moves!

Professional, Respectful, Hard Working and BEST PRICE

Marcos and his crew were professional, communicative and FAST. They moved a 3bed 2bed 1500 sq ft apartment and 4 flights of stairs in under 5 hours, a feat many wouldn't be able to do. Very good with fragile belongings too. Highly recommend and will definitely be requesting these guys for our next move down the line.

We lived in a one bedroom third floor apartment and moved about ten minutes away. The guys were fast, but careful and managed to move all of our furniture (which included a king size bed) in two and a half hours. Everything was carefully wrapped and zero damage occurred. The guys wore masks the whole time and were extremely professional. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!!
